2. Information We Process

Account Information

If you create a ZombieRaid ID, we process your username, player ID, authentication information, cloud save data, leaderboard data, and account-related settings.

Location Information

ZombieRaid is a GPS survival game. With your permission, the app may access your approximate or precise device location to place you on the game map and enable location-based gameplay. You can deny or revoke location permission in your device settings, but some gameplay features may not work correctly without it.

Gameplay and Device Information

We may process gameplay progress, points, inventory, game events, device platform, app version, language, network status, crash or error information, and security-related signals used to prevent cheating and protect online services.

Advertising Information

The game may use advertising services to show banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. Advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP address, advertising interaction data, and similar technical information according to their own privacy policies.

Analytics Information

If you grant analytics consent, we may process pseudonymous usage and gameplay event data to improve performance, balance, stability, and player experience. You can withdraw analytics consent in the game settings at any time.

3. Why We Use Information

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Depending on the feature, we process data to provide the service you request, based on your consent, to comply with legal obligations, or for our legitimate interests in operating a secure and reliable game.

5. Service Providers

We may use third-party services that process data on our behalf or as independent controllers:

These providers may process information outside your country. Their processing is governed by their respective privacy documentation and applicable safeguards.

6. Data Retention

Anonymous local progress remains on your device until you delete the app or clear its data. ZombieRaid ID account data and Cloud Save data are retained while your account remains active, unless deletion is requested or retention is required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

7. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to the processing of your personal data. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already performed before withdrawal.

To request account or data deletion, use the Delete Account or Delete Data options in ZombieRaid settings, or contact [email protected].

8. Children’s Privacy

ZombieRaid is not directed at children below the minimum age required by applicable law or platform rules. If you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate consent, contact us and we will review the request.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect data. However, no internet service, device, or transmission is completely secure. Keep your account credentials private and use a strong unique password for your ZombieRaid ID.

10. Website Privacy

This Privacy Policy website does not intentionally use cookies, analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or account forms. Your browser may still process standard technical data required to request and display the page.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the game, legal requirements, or our data practices change. The latest version will be available on this page and will display its revision date.

12. Complaints

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
